The client's symptoms are taken into account and appropriate tests are conducted to diagnose their condition and find the best solution for their needs.

Recommend products / services:

Certain products or services are recommended to help improve the client’s symptoms and overall wellbeing. This may include a hearing aid device or speech-language services.

Fitting:

If a hearing aid is required, the client’s device will be custom-fit for their ear and hearing needs.
