HearSay was created through family values. It was founded amongst our own Oliveira children being born into a time that we initially established the business in 2004. With that in mind, HearSay is proud to not only be a small, local, family-run business, but our team are also most often young professionals starting families of their own.

HearSay believes in the family dynamics of our team which is why we take every opportunity to schedule time off for our team to spend time with their own children, their extended families and loved ones.

HearSay is also a living-wage corporation. Our staff and team are qualified, experienced professionals who have invested in their advanced education to provide the specialized services that they do. In that way, we adhere to our college guidelines in our fee structure. Like any business, you may find other businesses and related professionals where the fees differ. We place a value on the quality of service we provide and we stand by them.

No Shows and Late Cancellations:

Our service providers are not salary-based. Every professional is paid a percentage for the appointments and clients that they see each day. Many of our professionals drive from great distances to be present for in-person sessions in our Milton office. While we completely understand that unforeseen circumstances can’t be helped at times, late cancellations and no shows to appointments result in staff not earning any wages. As a client, if you find yourself in this position, we are happy to flip to a virtual session if you cannot make your in-person appt time or are feeling under the weather. The time we book for our clients is reserved just for you and no one else. With appropriate notice, we are often able to fill a time slot if you must cancel.

However, late cancellations and no shows to appointments will result in session fees being billed in full. We thank you for your understanding.
